Saudi-born cloud & AI ambition

Turn digital ambition intotrusted, intelligent infrastructure.

SNSK helps Saudi organizations shape, build, and evolve cloud, data, and AI systems around real operating outcomes. We bring architecture, engineering, governance, and adoption into one accountable path—from the first workload decision to measurable value in production.

Governance designed into delivery

Built for decisions where context, control, and continuity matter.

Sovereignty-awareData residency, administrative access, encryption, and operating boundaries are mapped to each workload—not reduced to a hosting location alone.
Evidence-readyControl intent, ownership, decisions, and operating evidence are designed into the delivery backlog for clearer reviews and audits.
Human-accountable AIHigh-impact AI use cases include human oversight, evaluation, escalation, and traceability appropriate to their risk.
Portable by choiceOpen interfaces, modular services, and documented exit paths help preserve negotiating power and future options.
The SNSK platform lifecycle

One continuous path from intent to intelligent operations.

Cloud and AI value rarely comes from a single deployment. Our lifecycle connects business priorities, platform engineering, assurance, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

Saudi sovereignty & assurance

Sovereignty is an operating model—not a badge or a boundary on a map.

A workload can be hosted in the Kingdom and still create risk through remote administration, unmanaged keys, unclear subprocessors, weak recovery, or uncontrolled model access. SNSK treats sovereignty as a set of architectural and operating decisions that must be explicit, testable, and owned.

Vision 2030 & NSDAI alignment

Build digital capability that contributes to a more innovative, productive, and knowledge-led economy.

Saudi Vision 2030 positions digital transformation as an enabler of government effectiveness, private-sector growth, and economic competitiveness. The National Strategy for Data and AI advances the value of data, responsible AI, talent, innovation, and ecosystem development. SNSK translates those directions into six practical contribution areas for enterprise programs.

01

Scale useful digital capacity

Create reusable cloud, data, and AI foundations that shorten the path from an approved idea to a reliable service.

02

Treat data as a governed strategic asset

Improve ownership, quality, lineage, access, and reuse so data can support decisions and AI without losing accountability.

03

Make services simpler and more responsive

Use bilingual design, automation, analytics, and AI assistance to reduce friction for customers, residents, visitors, and employees.

04

Grow Saudi cloud and AI capability

Pair delivery with hands-on enablement, documentation, engineering standards, and clear ownership for customer teams.

05

Turn enterprise problems into scalable solutions

Structure pilots around evidence, adoption, and unit economics so promising ideas can move beyond demonstrations.

06

Use compute with greater intent

Right-size platforms, improve utilization, schedule intensive work thoughtfully, and expose cost and resource trade-offs to decision-makers.

How we work

A compact, accountable team around the outcome.

SNSK brings business, architecture, engineering, security, data, and adoption into one working rhythm. Decisions are made with the people who will own the system, and delivery remains visible from executive outcome to production signal.

01

Outcome-led governance

A small steering lane connects scope, risk, spend, and delivery decisions to the business result—not activity volume.

02

Integrated engineering pods

Cross-functional teams deliver thin production slices, validate assumptions early, and improve shared platform assets as they go.

03

Assurance in the backlog

Security, privacy, resilience, model evaluation, and evidence are planned and accepted alongside product features.

04

Enablement by default

Pairing, runbooks, architecture records, and practical training help customer teams operate and evolve what is delivered.

AI concierge

One intelligent front door. Every channel.

Noura answers questions in English and Arabic, explores your use case, checks connected availability and schedules a discovery call only after you confirm. The same governed knowledge and tools can extend to a Saudi business line through OpenAI Realtime SIP and an approved local carrier.

We need a governed Arabic AI assistant for public services.
I can help frame the use case, data boundaries, human approvals and a practical first production slice. Would you like to explore the architecture or schedule a 30-minute discovery call?

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers for complex programs.

Every architecture is workload-specific, but these answers explain the principles behind the way SNSK approaches cloud and AI.

What does ‘sovereign cloud’ mean at SNSK?
It means designing around the authority an organization needs over its data, identities, encryption keys, administrative access, operations, suppliers, and exit options. Residency can be an important requirement, but it is only one part of sovereignty. The exact pattern depends on data classification, sector obligations, risk appetite, and approved services.
Do we need to replace our current cloud or data-center investments?
Not necessarily. SNSK can design for eligible public cloud, private cloud, colocation, edge, and customer-controlled environments. We first assess what should be retained, modernized, isolated, or moved, then make the placement decision workload by workload. Provider selection and availability are agreed during the engagement.
Does working with SNSK make an organization compliant?
No provider or project should make that blanket promise. SNSK can help interpret applicable requirements with your legal, risk, security, and data teams; map them to architecture and operating controls; and prepare evidence. The customer remains responsible for determining applicability and obtaining any required legal, regulatory, or independent assurance.
How do you protect enterprise data used by AI?
We begin with purpose, classification, minimization, and access. A solution can then apply approved model endpoints, encryption, private connectivity where available, retrieval permissions, content controls, logging, retention rules, evaluation, and human escalation. Data use by any model or subprocessor is governed by the selected service configuration and contract—not assumed.
Can you build high-quality Arabic and bilingual AI experiences?
Yes—Arabic and English experience design is a core use case. We design terminology, retrieval, prompts, evaluation sets, interface direction, tone, and escalation for the target users and Saudi context. Quality is measured on representative tasks and content; it is not inferred from a generic model benchmark.
Can the AI concierge schedule calls and answer phone conversations?
It can be configured to answer approved questions, collect scheduling details, check connected calendar availability, and create a booking after confirmation. A real-time voice agent can also connect to an approved telephony provider, with clear AI disclosure, consent and recording controls where applicable, identity and action limits, and transfer to a person. Production availability depends on the selected integrations and regulatory review.
